Surprise: Bill Wants to Talk about Bill

The former president is disappointed, associates said, because he is eager to speak about the economy and more broadly about Democratic ideas — emphasizing the contrast between the Bush years and his own record in the 1990s.
Will Someone Grab this egomaniac by the short and curlies and tell him that the convention isn’t about him or his wife?
I bet he will mention the name of the Nominee one time during his speech. The cynic in me says he goes out just like he came in: Boring everyone to tears at a Convention.
He’s that much of a vindictive bastard that I see him making a long and boring speech because he thinks he’ll get away with it. The real bet is, if anyone will call him on it if he tries.
