Hey, Michelle, why should he? Weren’t those state measures? Why, wasn’t this the Will of the People in CA, AZ, and FL? What’s a man who’s not yet President going to do about that? Talk sweetly to them? State matters are left to the states. For that matter, it’s not Dubya’s business either.

So, the question ought to be, where’s Arnold? Where’s Crist? Where’s Napolitano? Aren’t they the governors of the states? They could ask for this to end, now couldn’t they? Hell, they could call out the National Guard!

Or, would that cause more of a problem? Calling out the National Guard to quell protesting gays legitimizes them. Hands raised, who wants to see firehoses turned on gay people in the streets! Of course not, you just want them to go away and not cause any more trouble. Perhaps you’d also like them to also only speak when spoken to?

You’re just looking for another reason to attack Barack Obama, and it’s a really small minded reason at that. I’d worry that you’re gonna peak before Inauguration Day. Not that many people would complain, mind you.

I’m gonna be the first person in line to applaud when you actually have something of substance.
